How do I make Payment?

-If your event is more than 4 weeks away then we take £100 deposit and final balance should be cleared 4 weeks before the function.

-We take payment by bank transfer and in exceptional circumstances will take payment on the day if the event is booked last minute.

-We issue you with an invoice and terms and conditions for your booking.

How does the delivery Work?

-We arrive 30-45 mins before the function.

How much space do I need?

-Your venue should have extra wide doors if used indoors and permission should be sought from the venue.

-The aisle way should have a minimum of 4 meters width.

Who will drive the Rickshaw?

-Our driver will transport the Rickshaw.

Do you have public liability insurance ?

-Yes our driver has public liability insurance which covers us for injury to public and venues where we work.

How do I cancel my booking?

-If your event is less than 4 weeks away then the deposit will strictly not be refunded.
